Through life, we all face challenges and stressors that can be too difficult to resolve alone. Oftentimes, the viewpoint of a nonjudgmental third person can provide new perspective and insight. Working together, Laura helps clients discover their values, learn new ways of managing distress, and live their optimal lives.

Laura is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) and received her graduate degree from the University of Kansas. She is a trauma competent therapist and guides you with empowering tools, such as education, practical coping skills, problem-solving strategies, and communication techniques to encourage personal and relational growth.
